He kind of towed this line between on the one hand these massive cash transfer programs of lifting and lifting a ton of poor people are eradicating a ton of poverty at the same time basically saying how can I help business grow that it was more akin to maybe like a developmental model than social democracy. The campaign was elect me Lula because don't you remember how great it was when I was president? That's not taking any of that away from it.
