I started also using a habit tracker app which helps me with something that this is a very new development like just in the last couple of weeks because there's little things like my dentist is like you need to be flossing every single day and I've been hearing that for how many years do I floss every single day I do not. All I have to do is just tap the little button and then it keeps track of when I'm flossing and what I'm not  It's so easy and it's so rewarding like I added other stuff on there too like you know am I doing some sort of yoga or stretching every daylike all these little things that just help me
