Picking Apart Every Aspect of Your Workflow
If we're having issues with a client and typically it's miscommunication, its scope is being crossed. I have to kind of pick apart what's happening and to find the root that actually caused that behavior. If you need to take a break, some time away from it so that you can be less reactionary to the issue, do that. Sometimes it's about creating automations, communications or workflow on your end but really picking apart every aspect of this is crucial.
