The idea that talent is scarce is foreign to most people. People think, my gosh, why would these multi-billion dollar funds want to invest with me? Because they don't have any opportunities. So all that capital is sitting out there looking for somebody - but the talent is scarce. And it's an interesting sociological conundrum. What the hell is going on in society? Are people just becoming lazy as shit?
