The More Protein You Eat, the More Muscle You'll Gain
The more protein you eat, the more muscle you will gain. For most people this is roughly 25 to 30 grams per meal. Having more it doesn't mean that you will then use it. All to build more muscle. It will just be used as a potential source of energy. And i guess the other benefitsof ving a cup of coffee is because we know when it comes from. Coffee itself has so, so many polyphenals as well. Am an antiomitental, plant chemicals that can benefit your good bacteria and have other properties.
