Nearly 40,000 migrants are in northern Mexico according to officials and community leaders. Community leaders say the end of Title 42 could be one for the history books. Eladio Garcia says he and his wife couldn't live in their native Nicaragua anymore. He still has a pellet in his arm which he says came from Nicaraguan security forces.
