Is There a Difference Between Digital Space and Physical Space?
Steve Walt: It's an exaggeration to say that large technology companies are rivaling states for geopolitical influence. He says they're not rivaling Russia or China or the United States, Germany or others. But he argues there is a big difference between digital space and physical space. Walt: Even if these companies are exercising enormous influence, even in digital space, digital space is still, in some respects, a small part of the human experience.
