Aristotle's Approach to Perception
Perception is the capacity to receive perceptible forms without the matter just as the wax receives the seal of a signet ring without the iron or gold. And so how do we know if something is capable of sensation? So what i am going to do is act an aristotelian. Acts feel natures. We have to look at what something does in order to figure out what it is, and so that's what i'm going to do.
