IgA Secretion in the Gut

Cholesterol is a ligand for the chemo attractant receptor GPR 183. That cholesterol is responsible for attracting and driving secretion of IgA and plasma cells in the gut. So this links dietary cholesterol and the hemoral immune response. How do they do this? They have a couple of tricks. One is tissue specific knockouts and reporters.
