The state mental hospital, which had taken 150 years to develop on the road to categorical extinction. And so what they did is they persuaded John Kennedy to support a bill and his last signature before he went to Dallas was on the community of mental health act. In the meantime, the state hospital contents were divulged out onto the streets, the nursing homes and the prisons with no provisions for what to do with these people that you needed custodial care. So we have remained in that state ever since.
