The Moral Considerations Are Directly Derivative of Your Theory
The moral considerations are directly derivative of your theory and would be absolutely correct. But conversely, you couldn't go from a moral principle that we would all like because it'd be very clear. You can't use that as justification for the theory in reverse. I think it's an extraordinary probably unrepeatable sequence which means that we shouldn't have necessarily expect to find either life or conscious life anywhere else in the universe.
