Graham Potter was brought in with a view to being part of a system rather than the system like a marinio would have been. I think there did seem to be a real knowledge of what was happening in the academy sides while pot was at Brighton which is something I would like to see happen. The big thing for me is reinvention of players and I hope that we can take the flyer at a McAllister out of Argentina or Kiseido from Ecuador. Mike Love should start aiming for this recruitment team after this big initial outlay of expenditure.
