How do you blend the personal in your business and social media? I don't share very much personal on line, but i take my personal beliefs as it relates to business and put that on line. You should always be learning, and then reach out with a helping hand to help those coming up behind you. When you adapt that philosophy, you automatically put yourself in a leadership position. The other part of it is, everything should be from the perspective of the audience you want to help.
