Twitter's architecture has changed over time because when they first came out, they didn't have to worry about so many... They didn't predict some of the problems that they needed to have in. So they had to kind of figure out how to balance that and adapt that as they went on. That was one of the parts of the book that I think just hooked me when they were talking about the various different approaches they tried and which one stuck and why.
