Introduction
Tim Wenzel grew up in Silicon Valley from the age of five. He spent seven years as the head of recruiting at PayPal. Tim then joined Tesla Motors, where he grew the company from 150 employees to 300 in just 12 months. After 15 years, at four startups, Tim co-founded a boutique recruiting consulting firm called the AELIS Group.
