Cargo ship owners are canceling sailings as global trade flips from backlogs to empty containers. Shipping rates have plunged 75% from a year ago, according to the Wall Street Journal. FedEx said it's canceling flights and parking planes because of a sharp drop. Nike said it's sitting on 65% more inventory in North America than a year earlier.
