Ragnar Locker Ransomware - A Tool, Not a Thread Actor
The us. Fbi has identified at least 52 entities across ten critical interstructure sectors effected by r Ragnar locker ransom ware. The gang doesn't encrypt files if it determines that its target is in either russia or the near abroad. This makes it likely that its operators have enjoyed a privateer's immunity from russian authorities.
