Meditation - Let Go of the Past and the Future

I found myself crying. I didn't realy know why i was crying. There was just a constant state of letting go. If we truly want to be present, whether it's in our meditation in our everyday life then we need to let go of both the past and the future. And sometimes that does mean that we find tears coming to the surface. So never be discouraged if you find yourself in that place where tearsdo arise during your meditation or at any other time in your life. That is the mind feeling vulnerable and yet safe enough to letgo of that tension,. whatever you've been holding on to.
