There's one scientific paper that makes a claim, and it's not yet peer-reviewed. How likely is it to be true? No more than 50%. That's a historic norm. A new paper, about half the time you can't reproduce it. But just getting somebody to say "it looks like you did real science" doesn't add any credibility.
