Paul Cooley: We did see other weather factors in the world like massive buying from and starting to see buying from the Chinese, particularly in the soybean market. And this is a new game changer as far as getting the crop balanced and paying a higher price, at least to the American farmer. How do producers wait for that and take advantage of it? "I think the big thing is, it might take is I think because of the weak price strength," he says.
