The Diversity of Women in Construction

i'm getting hung up with this whole thing, as if we can't specifically say we want limited construction nexo, call that out. And just leadership, we need their unique perspective. i remember a bunch of us like, whatwat you call the pampered white man? Sii im just kitting. I love being a white man, buta has lots of perks. So i'm kind of like looking at that like, no, we need to be more intentional about ya. Reteting, i meeded and interesting a long time ago.
