The Neuroscience of Relaxation

It's kind of addictive kind of satisfying some need yes you need more of it so it's like mental crack yeah but i really i really wish that i could go into an MRI machine to see what's going on in my brain. If there are any guys out there who make these videos i'm curious to know because they're overwhelmingly dominated by women. Let us know if you think that we are cuckoo we have no idea because i wonder if that is a different brain wiring too and why would there not be some kind of relaxation trigger?
