I'm Not a World Class Artist, but I Got Through It

At one point in high school, i started to struggle academically. I got this impression that i was not a world class artist. In fact, probably calling myself an artist at all was a insanely pretentious reach. And so i didn't call myself an artist, and i kind of dropped the whole thing. It's one thing to make thing that you're like, i that's neat. To scribble your hand around. And it's another to ask other people to give you something for what you made. The way the education system is, if you struggle in one place, you're struggling every place.
