The Importance of Open Communication in the Emergency Room

Good ER staff, good hospitalist and ICU physicians can make all the difference in the world. The reason we ultimately didn't put a tube in was because the system wasn't dilated enough. Hey, I have a question for you guys. What do you guys thought as far as putting an approximate tube and maybe a not completely dilated system? Tell me, I'll let you get hurt, man.
