I want to jump right into this before I get into your book and you have suggested people read broadly. What's the significance of reading to the investor? I think that you have to see the whole world to understand the importance of things. By the way you mentioned making sure that employees had a way to participate that's a theme I've heard from so many people who've passed through here.
