All women going past week 35 of pregnancy will experience a DR postpartum. Diaphragmatic breathing is where you start with connecting to that pelvic floor and deep core. You want to strengthen those muscles by adding resistance bands, anything like that. Working the deep core in that kind of way with that diaphragmatic breath is huge.
