Is There a Single Point of Failure in Rogers Communications?
Rogers communication has disclosed the cause of the outage that began early on july eighth, leaving millions in canada without telephone and internet service. Rogers said a coating up date deleted a routing filter, allowing all possible routes to the inner net to pass through their routers which overwhelmed the corps network. Roger c eo apologized for the massive service outage and indicated the company has hired a third party to further investigate the roote cause. They later announced a commitment ton redundancy in their systems, admitting that they had a single point of failure done.
