How Do You Get Temporal Precision?
To get temporal precision, a big piece is about how you construct your entire multiphoton opygenetic system. If your goal is just to get a cell to be activated fastest, you first need a very fast opsin. And then you want one of these strategies that gets all your light to the cell at the same time. When we say very fast, can you talk a little what are the time constants of the different opsins?
