Nike's DTC Results Set the Stage for Much Better Results

Nike missed earnings by a couple pennies in the fourth quarter, but sales growth margins and other factors were very much in line. There's been a lot of talk about the momentum or lack thereof with regard to Nike's direct to consumer channel that it has. But again, as I think of the Nike business model going forward, DTC, direct digital, are really going to be key components of the ongoing profit-building improvements of the brand.
