The Two Types of Congressional Contempt

Congress has a constitutional duty and authority to look into acts of government corruption hand it over. It astounds me that a guy report appointed by Donald Trump To replace James Comey who was recommended to him by Chris Christie would be such an Obstructionist to a Republican Congress.
