People want to help you, but often they don't know what you need. So i think we need to be a little bit more affront about giving them specifics. Give your network the language they need to be your ambassador. You've invested, you've done the work, and by the time you get to the ask, it's something it's very simple for me to do,. I'm more likely to do it. It's always easier to help someone if they make it easy to help them. If somebody came to me and say, id just need a job, or i'll take anything, or, you know, whatever comes my way, i'm going to be less inclined
