The Distinction Between Elders and Pastors

The three terms that are used for the pastoral office in the New Testament interchangeably refer to the same role. So Paul calls the elders of the church in Ephesus to him and acts chapter 20 verse 17. He says the Holy Spirit has made them overseers. They're elders who were appointed as overseers who do the work of pastors. And so it's all the same thing.
