Ingmar Gondike stalked a woman in Rock Creek Park as she went for a run, held a knife to her throat, and finally backed off when she fought back. Two months later, it happened again. The second jogger quickly identified him as her attacker, and Gondike was put under arrest. It wasn't until Chandra's body was found that investigators started to put together the pieces.
