The Importance of Shortsightedness

Allah says in the next ayah, wa idi'aidukum Allah wa e'adahpah ifrthin, Allah had already promised you. The Prophet ﷺ has said Allah has promised me victory no matter who we meet. It's possible for the believer to be a little bit scared, or very scared, and Allah asa wa just says it was as if they are being dragged to their debts.
