How to Be a Successful YouTuber

YouTube was known for long form content from the beginning. Stick with that and then maybe add in shorts on the side, but don't prioritize shorts over long form content. The only app I feel like I ever did a great job with copying another app was Instagram when they stole stories or whatever they were called for Snapchat. That's why that succeeded with Instagram. Well, it did because they had a bigger following and they did it and they just did it the right time.
