i think maybe one way to make sense of this, in many ways, we think of a empire, imperialism and also social democracy in these nationalist terms. Sweden has a welfare state or enow. The us. Has an empire. And i think it's flawed in so far as it kind of strips away the class character of thes that american empire. Just like basically every single empire has had a class character to it. It is a ruling class, a project, a, you know, expanding and spreading empire.
