Continuity in Counter Terrorism Law

i was brought in as a consultant after nine 11 and before baly to give advice to the indanesians about whether theyneeded a new counter teterrorism law. But it seems to me that if you really want to engage with the political and legal culture of any one country, there is a danger of over simplification. I really hope that a counter terrorism law becomes a subject of comparative law. No ss, as we move forward.
