Cyber Operations in Ukraine, Russia's Unmet Expectations
The state service for special communications and information protection of Ukraine warned citizens to be alert for a phishing campaign. The email misrepresents itself as being from the state emergency service of Ukraine. There's no specific attribution in the warning but circumstantially the Dolphin Cape campaign looks like a Russian operation. Uber says it is aware of customer data that was compromised due to unauthorized access to our systems by a malicious third party.
