Biden could be seen as an absolute statesman by just stepping up and saying, I'm pardoning him. And the problem he faces is that the argument of selective justice is not an argument in a court of law. You can't go to a judge and say, well, they didn't prosecute Hillary. The judge doesn't care. He just cares. Did you do it?
