The Importance of Continuous Customer Relationships

I think the idea of continuous is important in the sense that there is, of course, a social network. The big divider is who pulls the trigger. Think about financial services in the world where in the past banks have been sitting there waiting for customers to approach them with advice. There's really no reason why a good bank with all the data that they have shouldn't take a much more parental approach to the customer relationship.
