ESG at MasterCard

MasterCard recently announced that all of its employees' bonuses will be tied in part to their ESG objectives. Sustainability is too important to lead to our Chief Sustainability Officer, says MasterCard's CEO. "It needs to be owned by everybody in the Management Committee," he adds.
