How to Order Food in an Upscale Restaurant
I have learned myself from studying risk taking in a real world to make decisions faster and more relaxed. One of the heuristics is I don't even open the menu but I ask the waiter what he or she would eat this evening here. In a good restaurant, the waiter knows what's happening in the kitchen and what's yesterday. And at least you try to for conversation. Many of my dear friends, they cannot open, cannot not open a menu and they try to maximize. And then they'll often end up with something which is really sick.
