Wisconsin law states that if a municipal clerk receives an absence ballot with an improperly completed certificate or with no certificate, the clerk may return the ballot to the elector. If all this stuff in wayne county is legitimate, then just explain it to us, i'll put it on the show happily, and we can all move on. But why are they so afraid of us asking questions? What kind of country do we live in now? People are dancing, folks. I've never been more energized for this fight. And we will ask the questions no matter what."
