Design thinking done by non-designers is now rampant. The big four consultancies make squillions out of governments and corporations selling just rubbish posted methodology junk. Facebook Cambridge Analytica the consequence is that a bunch of people are designing things and no one understands the way design designs it's like we all know how to design we have no idea the consequences of what we're designing.
