How to Make Critical Decisions as a Team
If you have that right process in place, your teams are going to be working very, very hard together. That's a great thing because now you're building teams that trust each other and can work together or transparent with each other. It does the whole team because it helps bring people along with you, right? And that's, that's, some, we struggle with sometimes. If we think we know the answer to it, we're moving ahead really quickly and we're leaving others behind who haven't gotten there yet. So I think, you know, bringing everybody along for the journey is really critical.
