The worst thing in the world is placing one of these tubes and getting called back four hours later, hey, we're not getting anything out of the treadmill. In general, I think most people are placing eight to 10 French pertinaps; that's fair in most cases. Rarely do I think any of these ever get a neph tube or a stent in the middle of the night.
