My personal passion lies within really the intersection of movement nature and brain health. I've created a grassroots community which encourages kids to get out there truly run outside we actually each week explore a different nature trail in our area. My own personal running goals as well I've got I ran the marathon last year and I've got a few half marathons that I have some time goals that I'd like to set for this year so lots of outdoor time for me but really really excited both for my professional and personal goals.
