There was $400,000 unreported Barisma income on his income tax returns! That was around $120,000, $125,000! Taxing and following is a result of that failure to report that income! And so that's still outstanding! Because 2014 and 2015 was denied by the DC-US Attorney... and then David Weiss requested Special Counsel Authority didn't get it! That they allowed that statute of limitations to expire! Even though the Defense Council had signed extensions on that previously! So, there's no legal remedy to go and get that money unless he does it voluntarily! The only thing I can find on his motive is what I said during my Transcribe interview.
