In South Carolina, we said that if a child can't read by third grade, they don't go on to the fourth grade. I think we need school choice across this country. Let's do what I did in South Carolina past e-verify across the country so that businesses can't hire illegals. And finally, let's get strong again on the world stage. We're seeing for the first time 50% of Americans are saying they don't think their kids will be better off than they were. That is so sad. It's time for a new direction.
