Plant Viruses Can Switch Kingdoms, Right?

i've a pick that is based on a discussion we had in virology live, i guess that would be maybe monday. Someone asked whether plant other viruses can switch kingdoms, right? Or at least plants too, animals, let's say. Andd way back in 20 ten i wrote a blog post a plant virus that switched to vertebrates. It's based on a paper published in 99. So many people have criticized this as not being definitive. But i think it's an interesting hypothesis. Still ike working out the fine details there, but i wouldn't put it past viruses t there's clear evidence that theyre tere.
